Why is it taking too much time to sync Music files to my iphone?

I have loaded my favorite songs on my iphone and just want to add some more old ones to it. As I downloaded it, it has taken long time to sync my iphone. Is there any instant way which can re-sync Music files of my iphone? What is the procedure of it?

I found that back up to the contact from iPhone is very necessary because we never know when our contact unexpectedly deletes. So keeping back up to the iPhone saves from the headache and stress.

I used a Macintosh PC for entertain. Generally I listen songs using my Windows system. Sometimes I used to transfer songs from iPhone to Windows system. Last day I have upgraded my computer with Macintosh OS. But now I am not able to transfer songs from my iPhone to Mac system. I have to perform this task. Is it possible manually or any way? Last day I lost my contacts when I my iPhone gets shutdown accidentally. When I went to restart my iPhone then the data of iPhone gets corrupt and my all contacts have deleted. I am a bushiness man and as a business man it is mandatory to keep safe iPhone contacts. Most of my work is being done by iPhone using contacts. But all the contacts have corrupt.
