What reasons are behind “Public Folders not available and information Store service is not running………… ID: c1030af3 Exchange System Manager” in edb files?

Hi guys, I am working in an Organization and works with Exchange Server. Yesterday, my junior employee send me a request about possible causes for “ID: c1030af3 Exchange System Manager” error message with edb file. I search a lot but failure to know exact causes behind this error message. Can you send me the exact reason(s) behind this issue?

JimmyRayJit 		These days almost every Organization use Exchange Server to share the information. Here all information is stored in a database as edb files. When you attempt to expand the public folder of your Exchange server, you might get the above mentioned error message.

Whenever you get this error message, you become unable to access a bit of data from your *.edb files. There are multiple possible reasons are responsible behind this considerable issue. They are:

• In information Store, you have set unnecessary authentication method.
• Damage Active Directory Permissions or you have set incorrectly.
• Damage Virtual directory
• Damage path of Information Store Service to the EDB
• Damage entire edb files

These are the most possible reasons for getting the above error message. If you have determined to resolve this issue, you may need EDB repair solution. This is a great tool released from Microsoft to overcome these issues.
