Unable to access my PPT file as an error has generated. Need help ?

I was working on the PowerPoint presentation. It had reached 580 mb. In the mean time Kaspersky antivirus program was also running after completing the scanning it had demanded for restarting the computer. So, I did that. After restarting when I opened my ppt file an error occurred "There was an error accessing C:Documents and SettingsHp_administratorDesktoppresentation.ppt". Now I am unable to access my file. Can any one help me in solving it?

To access again your corrupted file simply use kernel Power Point repair software. It can easily recover your corrupted power point files. It can repair the corrupted files due to software crash, unexpected system shutdown, and virus attacks. It does the complete scanning of the damaged file to locate and then extract a recoverable data. After completing the scanning process the recoverable files are easily recovered and then saved in a user defined location.

Your file is corrupted that why you are unable to access it. To solve it first open PowerPoint and then click on the insert. Click Slides from files. In the find presentation tab click browse and then navigate your file. If you are lucky then all the slides will be appear in a select slides. Be sure that there is the checkmark in a keep source formatting box. Click the insert all. Then save a new file with the real name.

If you are not lucky and unable to access your file then you can use ppt repair software as many repair software are available in the market. Choose any one and do the recovery.
