Searching for efficient Iphone antivirus?

I have recently purchased an Iphone and it has been affected by virus, but obvious reason is use of internet. But I can’t stop using email just because of virus, I had installed antivirus which I got with the iphone but in spite of that, my iphone performance is degrading day by day, I fear whether it will crash one day or what will happen I just do not know?
