Photo synced to iphone does not show on connecting iphone to imac, can it be transferred to imac?

I have got an 21.5 inch imac with Mac OS X 10.5 leopard and need help retrieving some photos and music that I have synced in my iphone 3G, actually the photos are not taken from iphone, they were only transferred to the iphone and now I want to transfer the photos to my imac, how it can be done? I have already tried doing so but only the photos I took with iphone are shown in iphoto and not the synced ones, so I am unable to copy or transfer the synced ones. IS there any software that can help me remove photos & music from the iphone and store it in imac?

spriyasen 		It happens so that iphoto does not show photos synced to iphone and thus they cannot be transferred or copied to system in such cases you could use iphone data transfer software .iphone data transfer software is an ultimate solution for transferring data from iphone to system it might be anything photos, music, contacts, SMS, video etc easily.
