Is there any way to backup the iPhone’s data other than syncing the iPhone with the iTunes?

I have been using an iPhone for a while and from the day I have upgraded it to 3.0, I am facing many problems with the iPhone while syncing. It is not syncing properly and I am really very worried about the iPhone’s data as it contains many important documents and music files. If anyone of you know any other way to backup the iPhone data then please let me know, as I need it desperately to prevent the future data loss. Any help will be appreciated.

emilyjohn 		Well, I would advise you to re-install iTunes in the computer and try it again by re-plugging the iPhone to your PC and see if it works. I am giving you this suggestion because I have also updated my iPhone to 3.0 and faced the same problem as you had faced. But after performing the suggested procedure the sync mechanism of my iTunes is working absolutely fine. So, I hope it will work for you as well. However if the suggested trick fails then you need to use any third party software to backup iPhone.

sherlynjohn 		From the day the iPhone is introduced there is only one way using which you can easily transfer the data from and to the PC and that is through iTunes utility. iTunes sync mechanism is very awesome as it automatically backs up the data in the iTunes. But with the increasing popularity of iPhone’s, many software’s are being designed and are present in the market which effectively back’s up the iPhone’s music and other files into the PC. So, just use any of the iPhone Backup software’s and leave the worries of data loss behind.
