Is there any option of file transfer in Iphone?

On my last birthday my brother has gifted me an Iphone; I am using this from last two months. I shoot hundreds of photos on my birthday and also uploaded all my favorite videos, music and images to it. Now I am very excited to upload all these things to my computer. But I am unable to do it.
Is there any way to transfer photos from iphone to computer? Is there any software available in the market which can help me? If yes, then kindly tell me about it.
