Is it possible to unlock my iPod, if I forget the screen lock code?

I want to transfer all the data from my iPod to my iPhone but unfortunately, I have forgotten the screen lock code. So I want to know that is there any possible way to unlock the screen by, so that I can transfer the data (music files) from iPod to iPhone.

If you have forgotten the screen lock code then you will have to connect your iPod to your computer with primary computer (with which your iPod has synced with for the first time) and then open your iTunes. When you disconnect your pod with your computer then your iPod will automatically be unlocked. If your iPod does not get unlocked by applying this method then you will have to restore your iPod to factory settings of the by using iPod Updater. In this process all the data that are contained in your ipod will be erased and then you will have to add your music and data back to your iPod. After you have unlocked your iPod you can very easily transferring from iPod to iPhone music and videos. The transferred data will do not show any alteration if compared with the original one.
If in case you forget the combination of your iPod to the primary computer then you will become unable to unlock your iPod and at the last you will have to restore your iPod and because of this all your data and music will get erased.
