Is importing a .pst file better to access archived Outlook data?

I want to know that is importing the .pst file is easy to access those files that have been archived in Outlook data. Can anyone explain me related to this topic?

Merge PST file software provides its user better ways to get their different .pst file arranged in a single file. This plays an important role at the time of searching any important document. According to my knowledge importing is spectacularly a bad idea because in this situation user will have to archive everything again in order to get their data back from the main Outlook folder. So according to my knowledge you can click File, Personal Folder File, (Outlook Data File, Outlook 2002), then click view, Folder List to see the entire folder hierarchy from the .pst archive.
