How to resolve the error “Server can’t find the requested database table”?

I was working in SQL server. After a half an hour break, when I try to access through the database, it fails and displays an error message “server can’t find the requested database table”. Then I realized that the database has been corrupted. I can’t understand how I can recover it. I have searched for much recovery software but not yet succeeded. Please help me.
