Try to download Aimerosoft HD Video Converter
Step1: Install and open it
Step2: Add video files which you want to convert
Step3: click on video parameter setting
Step4: click on edit button, it will be help in setting right parameter to play on iPod in full screen.
You can see the cropped area size of video, it is showing the original size of video, and multiply width by 1.5 you can get right width and height of video of iPod. After the cropping of video picture drag it to original preview from the right of output preview. Divide the data behind left by 2 and retype it.
Step:5 Click Ok to start conversion
Note: if your video has external subtitle then be sure the subtitle file name is just the same as the video file and both are exited in same folder.
