How do I enable Java Script on my computer?

whenever I want to watch video online on my computer then it shows that the java script is turned off. I want to know that is there is any problem relating to this or should I have new version of the Abode Flash Player but then with suggestion I have downloaded the new version of Flash player but the video is still not working on my computer while I am online. Kindly suggest me how to enable Java Script on my computer.

Cathee 		Java script is used on a lot of websites in order to make you experience better and also to allow more interaction with the website videos. More and more sites are requiring Java Script as for example if Google Docs. If you do not have Java script then you will not be able to use the service at all, this is a knowledge sharing software Sometimes it happens that the java script can become disabled so in order to enable the java script certain steps are required they are: First of all select the Tools in the internet option, Then click on the Security tab. Then you will have to click the Custom Level button. Then scroll down to the Scripting section. And under the active scripting, select enable and click OK.
