How can I repair my memory card of Digital camera ?

Can any body help me. One day I was handling the memory card of Digital camera. Suddenly, my files get deleted and corrupted. By my fault it gets crashed. But, sometimes I thought that it may be some other problems also. Now I want to know about that how can I recover the memory card of Digital camera.
