Getting an unknown error: 0x80040116 while managing the Outlook files ?

I am trying to open my Outlook .pst files but this is not getting opened as whenever I tried to open the settings of the Outlook .pst files this is showing the error message “an unknown error has occurred, error code: 0x80040116”. I had tried some way to get these errors removed but no result. What should I do in order to get this particular error removed? Is there any solution to get out of this problem?

Stefen 		This is a general type error that is generally getting occurred because of the upgrading issues.
