Getting an error message “e2fsck -b 8193 ” what to do?

I was listening to music on Linux operating system and suddenly power fails. My UPS doesn’t give backup as its battery is not working properly from few days. So, I didn’t get enough time to shut down my system. When light came I started my computer but found the following error message e2fsck -b 8193 <device>.
How can I solve it?

This is true that due to improper system shutdown you can get this error message. To solve this problem you have to format your hard drive and then reinstall your operating system.
