Error with the pst19upg.exe utility ?

I forget my PST file password. Thus, I was unable to open my file and also unable to access the data which is stored in it. I used the pst19upg.exe tool through the command prompt. When I use -x parameter it converts successfully file into the .psx file. But when I use -i parameter it fails in converting into the PST file, and gives error message:

Failed importing PROPERTY 36E41102 (scode: 80040600)
Failed importing PROPERTY LIST
Failed importing FOLDER 0×00000122
Program terminated in error (80040600)

The ‘pst19upg.exe’ can’t upgrade or remove the password from a target PST. To solve this situation you can try any of these:

First check you have a valid PST backup or not. If you have then delete your password protected PST file and then restore it from the backup.

If you do not have the backup then you can use the pst password recovery tool for the Pst. In this situation, you require to make use of such tool which is specifically designed to recover the PST passwords.
