Error-2002 while ripping DVD?

While I was ripping DVD with Imtoo DVD ripper, the process started well and stopped in a mean while giving ‘error-2002:-a bad public movie atom was found in the movie’. I don’t have any idea why this error is occurring, does anybody know about it.

- such errors generally occur due to incompatibility of the software with the environment and OS in which it is run. I am very sure that there is no problem with Imtoo DVD ripper software, it works perfectly fine. Reason behind such error is improper installation due incompatibility between software and hardware. So once again install it, after fulfilling the prescribed system requirements by the specified program.
