How to get rid of script error message?

I keep on getting script error message. I was truly unaware of any sort of adware infection and spywares. I thought there could be some kind of programming error made by author but this is not all the issue .These errors are also reported due to certain kind of pop up that ultimately leads to website failure, I have gone through change of settings in order to get rid of script error message but all end up in vain. Script error message is still reported. What can be done to get this problem sorted out?
