How can I repair my corrupted PST file?

I am Jack Thomas and working with a private limited as a chief executive. I maintain entire information in outlook 2003. There is lots of phone number, contact info, emails, messages and schedule are saved. That information is very important for me. But since some days when I try to open any contact number or emails; outlook suddenly raise an error like that
“Errors have been detected in the file <file_path>. Quit all mail-enabled applications, and then use the Inbox Repair Tool.”
Because of this problem my entire stored content became inaccessible for me. I used Inbox Repair Tool but the problem is still remaining there. Even the number of errors is increased since when I used Inbox Repair Tool. I am really very worried.

Jack, there are no doubt that your PST file has corrupted. When the size of PST file crosses over 2 GB it becomes slow and after some time it gets corrupt.
