Want to improve performance of Mac G5 ?

I am using Mac G5 OS from last two years. I am working in an IT company and I have to perform my all official work on my computer. I have lots of data and files stored in it. But I have notice that last few months my system is not working as before. I am facing many professional and personal problems due to this. I am unable to find the reason for its slow performance and want to improve it. Is there any way to improve it? Please tell me.

You are facing the same problem as many Mac users are facing. This is really an irritating problem but it can be solved after taking some simple measures. There are many reasons for this problem like virus, hijackers, spy wares and collection of duplicate and unnecessary files.

You should search for duplicate and unnecessary file and clear them or keep them at another partition. You should also disable unnecessary window programs. One important thing is to run an anti virus program in your computer once in a week.

But the best way to improve Mac performance is adding more RAM to it. Actually Mac love to work with more RAM because it adds extra memory to it. You should be careful while purchasing RAM. Mac G5 supports different versions and there is a different requirement of RAM of different G5 versions. You should use Apple’s guide for best choice. I am sure this will guide you to improve Mac performance.
