“Mp4 error 2048” found when conversion process was going from DVD to ipod?

I have an ipod and newly purchased a latest one few days ago. I wanted to DVD songs to my newly ipod. So when I was going to convert DVD to ipod, in the last stage I found “Mp4 error 2048” and after that all process rolled back. I tried conversion three to four times but the above error that I’ve mentioned, found in every last stage. Is any Converter that could remove this error and complete my conversion process? Help me?
