Unable to recover from “Library is Locked “ iTunes Error ?

I am unable to recover the data from Library as I was facing Kerne; Panic problem with my Ti PowerBook (from few days I was facing problem due to bad USB peripheral) due to this reason my gets locked up several times. After that when I tried to open iTunes then I received error message that either the library was locked or I do not have the permission to use it in Mac operating system.

Answer: At first make sure that the iTunes is not running, then Go to Music/iTunes folder
Then copy the files "iTunes Music Library.xml" and "iTunes 3 Music Library" to "iTunes Music Libary.xml.backup" and "iTunes 3 Music Libary.backup".

After that remove the files "iTunes Music Library.xml" and "iTunes 3 Music Library"

After that rename "iTunes Music Libary.xml.backup" to "iTunes Music Library.xml" and "iTunes 3 Music Libary.backup" to "iTunes 3 Music Library"

At last relaunch iTunes, after that problem will get resolved.
