Unable to Resolve Entourage Application Quits Unexpectedly ?

I am a regular user of MS Entourage database as it is very important for my daily work. But suddenly I recognize that the Entourage application quits unexpectedly. Due to this I have suffered data loss situation too. Can anyone help me in resolving this problem?
