iTunes not saving iPhone 4 backup when it is synced with it, what to do?

Hey guys, I am looking to find a solution to one of my ongoing problems with iTunes utility in Windows 7 system. Actually I was trying to backup my iPhone 4 by syncing it using iTunes Utility but, backup is not syncing. Also when I add any music it seems to add but actually it is not adding neither it is playing. I have no idea what should I do and how should I backup my iPhone 4? Please help me out to resolve any issue, any help regarding this will be greatly appreciated.

It seems that iTunes Utility is made for problems because every now and then you encounter issues related to it which causes trouble for people like us. Generally iTunes issues are resolved by updating it to the latest version but in some cases you may need to reinstall it to fix the issue. But if you are still facing the issues in iPhone backup, then you need to take the help of third party software as using this tool you will effectively backup all your iPhone 4 contents like photos, music, videos, mails, contacts etc. which is not even possible with iTunes. So, just go for this amazing software and stop being depend to iTunes.
